Terms and Conditions
All users of zer0parking’s services, and all customers upon
signing up for zer0parking services, agree to comply with
zer0parking's Terms of Use (“TOU”). The spirit of the TOU is to
ensure customers are using zer0parking's services with due regard
to the rights of other Internet users and in conformity with the
requirements of zer0parking's network environment. The TOU are not
exhaustive and zer0parking reserves the right to add, delete, or
modify any provision of its TOU at any time without notice,
effective upon either the posting of the modified TOU to
www.zer0parking.com or notification of the modified TOU. Any
complaints about a customer’s violation of the TOU should be sent
to abuse@zer0parking.com. The TOU supersedes any other agreement
with zer0parking, whether written, oral, by conduct, or otherwise.
zer0parking's services may be used for lawful purposes only.
Transmission, storage, or distribution of any information, data,
or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or
that may directly facilitate the violation of any particular law
or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
copyrighted material; trademarks; trade secrets or other
intellectual property rights used without proper authorization;
material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal
threat, or violates export control laws. Additionally, in
purchasing zer0parking's, all customers certify that they and/or
the organization they represent in procuring services from
zer0parking are not, nor have been designated, a suspected
terrorist as defined by the Constitution of India; are not owned
or controlled by a 'suspected terrorist' as defined by the
Constitution of India; and are not on, are not a member of,
related to, associated with, or controlled by any organizations
listed as terrorist by the Govt. Of India.
To be a domain under our account,
1. The domain must be added in our Domain Portfolio Manager. [
Details of access to this is sent via mail once you sign up for
services with us ]
2. Domains are parked in our name servers
3. Domain's cname or A record is pointed to our server
Only one account is allowed per person / organisation at a time.
You may not directly or indirectly hold multiple accounts.
Payment:
YOu will be paid only for the traffic that originate from type-in
direct navigation or search engine results traffic.
Any automated, pre designed, intentionally generated by an
individual/group/mail list/news groups etc will not taken into
account for payment.
You can view the website template that appreas in your parked
domain name but should not click on any links or should not
promote it for people to click on it. Your account will be
terminated instantly. We will also withhold any payment that is
due for payment to you.
We pay only via PayPal for international Customers. For customers
in India, we pay via Paypal, ICICI or UTI account transfer. The
transfer charges will be deducted in your earnings and the balance
will be remitted.
Minimum amount for any payout is Rs.1000. We pay every previous
month's revenue on 25 th of the next month. For instance, revenue
earned during the month of April will be paid on 25 the of May.
The failure by a customer to meet or follow any of the TOU is
grounds for account deactivation. zer0parking will be the sole
arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of the TOU. zer0parking
reserves the right to remove any account without prior notice and
to refuse service to anyone at any time. When zer0parking becomes
aware of an alleged violation of its TOU, zer0parking will
initiate an investigation. During the investigation, zer0parking
may restrict a customer's access in order to prevent further
potentially unauthorized activity. Depending on the severity of
the violation, zer0parking may, at its sole discretion, restrict,
suspend, or terminate a customer's account and/or pursue other
civil remedies. If such violation is a criminal offense,
zer0parking will notify the appropriate law enforcement
authorities of such violation. An unlisted activity may also be a
violation of the TOU if it is illegal, irresponsible, or
constitutes disruptive use of the Internet. zer0parking does not
issue credits for any outages incurred through service
disablement. Violators of the policy are responsible, without
limitations, for the cost of labor to rectify any damage done to
the operation of the network and business operations supported by
the network, and to respond to complaints incurred by zer0parking. |
